You will provide high‐level advice and consultancy across employee grievances, performance management and workplace conflict, supporting managers and staff to resolve complex issues fairly and efficiently.
You will help develop policies, undertake research, prepare correspondence, and liaise with a broad range of stakeholders to achieve best-practice employee relations outcomes.
