This full-time role requires handling inbound and outbound calls, coordinating nurse bookings and rostering, and ensuring smooth shift allocations across a 5am–11pm rolling roster.
You will provide compassionate client and nurse support, build strong relationships with hospitals, and adapt to early, late and weekend shifts.
