Food preparation and presentation (breakfast, crib, dinner, dessert and functions)Adherence to dietary requirements (allergies, special requests)Ensure compliance to the Food safety programAssist with stock ordering, rotation and stocktakingMaintain a clean kitchen, equipment and utensilsAdherence to legislated food hygiene and general safety practicesFast, effective service provided with a smileAssisting the broader team as requiredDemonstrate a robust safety culture aligned with the Cater Care Safety CommitmentsTo get a start you'll need:Ability to work well independently, as well as with other team membersA commitment to genuine, friendly customer serviceA motivated, enthusiastic and positive 'can-do' attitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, sometimes for long periods.Pride in personal appearance & hygieneFirst rate safety focused attitudeCertificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (high volume bulk cookery experience is highly regarded but is not essential).
