As a Senior Modern Work Consultant, you will lead the design, advisory, and delivery of innovative Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions for our clients.
This role goes beyond technical implementation, requiring a trusted adviser who can engage with stakeholders, shape strategic outcomes, and translate business needs into scalable, high-value solutions.The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced experience across Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and migration tooling such as AvePoint Fly and ShareGate.
You will also bring strong knowledge of governance, information architecture, records and information management, and data security practices across the Modern Workplace landscape.This role is suited to someone who can work strategically with clients to understand business challenges, define fit-for-purpose solutions, and provide leadership across the full engagement lifecycle, from discovery and advisory through to design, delivery oversight, and continuous improvement.If you are passionate about helping clients realise value from Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies, influencing solution strategy, and mentoring others while contributing to high-quality outcomes, we would love to hear from you.This role is open to permanent full-time candidates, and those who are open to contracting as well.

and stakeholder engagement to define business needs and translate them into practical solution outcomesShape and recommend end-to-end solutions across collaboration, content management, governance, automation, and employee experienceProvide strategic and functional leadership across solution design and delivery engagementsAdvise clients on best practice approaches for Microsoft 365 adoption, governance, security, and information managementLead or oversee complex migration, transformation, and modernisation initiativesSupport pre-sales activities, including solution shaping, estimation, and proposal inputBuild strong executive and operational stakeholder relationships, acting as a credible and confident client-facing leaderMentor consultants and contribute to internal capability uplift, delivery quality, and practice developmentSkills and ExperienceProven experience in a Senior Consultant, Consultant, or equivalent client-facing advisory role within Professional Services or enterprise transformation environmentsDemonstrated ability to lead complex engagements from discovery through to solution definition and deliveryStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align technology solutions to client business objectivesDeep expertise across Microsoft Contemporary Workplace technologies and their practical application in enterprise environmentsAbility to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders and executivesStrong commercial acumen, with the ability to balance client needs, delivery quality, and business outcomesExperience contributing to solution architecture, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmapsA collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring others and building strong client and internal relationships
