North West Private Hospital – Everton Park QLDJoin the Supply team as a Part-Time Supply Officer, where you will play an important role in ensuring our clinical and non-clinical teams have the supplies they need to deliver high-quality patient care across our hospital network.Working as part of a collaborative team, you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the hospital's supply function, from receiving and storing stock through to inventory management, distribution and resolving supply-related enquiries.About YouYou are organised, reliable and detail-focused, with a practical approach to managing stock and supporting a busy healthcare environment.
You enjoy working as part of a team, are confident using computer systems and take pride in maintaining accurate inventory and efficient supply processes.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and process deliveries, including unloading, inspecting and accurately recording goods within the relevant systemsStore and organise supplies appropriately, including maintaining temperature-controlled storage requirements where applicableRotate stock to maintain appropriate inventory levels and minimise spoilage or wastageDistribute supplies to hospital departments and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintainedMonitor and manage inventory using computer systems, including SAPIdentify stock discrepancies and take appropriate action to maintain accurate inventory recordsPlace orders to replenish stock and support ongoing supply requirementsFollow up and expedite back orders for items that are temporarily unavailableRespond to supply-related enquiries from hospital staff and elevate complex issues to the appropriate stakeholdersFollow safe manual handling, storage and workplace practices and comply with relevant policies and guidelinesOperate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and appropriately, where requiredMaintain a clean, organised and safe supply environmentWork collaboratively with Supply team members and healthcare professionals across the hospitalYou Will Also BringPrevious experience in supply, warehousing,



inventory or a similar environmentStrong organisational and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracy when receiving, recording and managing stockConfidence using computerised inventory systems, with SAP experience highly regardedAbility to safely handle, store and distribute a range of suppliesExperience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment, where applicableStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to respond to enquiries and resolve supply-related issues effectivelyA reliable, adaptable and proactive approach to workAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamCommitment to workplace health and safety and compliance with relevant proceduresRemunerationOn offer is a base hourly rate of $*****–$***** + superannuation, based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties and allowances (QLD Support Services Level 2).
