Part-time $***** - $***** per hour, Monday to FridayWe need a part-time Laboratory Technician to work at our Rocklea laboratory Monday to Friday for 5 hours daily to perform in-laboratory work.
You will assist our field team by completing concrete testing and laboratory administration.This work can be performed anytime during normal business hours and may suit someone with caring responsibilities outside of school hours.What you'll be doingPerform testing in accordance with Australian Standards including preparation of concrete samples, taking measurements, and utilising machines for concrete testingMaintain accurate data of records for samples, test results and equipment calibrationsEnsure compliance with ISO *****, NATA requirements and industry standardsWhat you'll bringReasonable physical fitness,
a willingness to be active and the ability to lift 5 kg regularlyStrong communication skills to interact productively with team membersCommitment to safety and qualityGood attention to detail and dedication to accuracyAbility to work autonomously and within a team environmentDemonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressureCertificate in Laboratory Skills desirable but not essential.
