Ensuring all necessary information and documentation is readily available when needed will support smooth communication and efficient decision making.ResponsibilitiesProactively manage a portfolio of Auto & General cross claimsProcessing payments, updating claims information, processing inbound emails, calls and documentsSupport with outsourcing to service providers such as Tapanda, Merc Agents, Legal panel etcCo-ordinating F&R; (fair and reasonable) assessments and undertaking follow up actionLoading of POLs to support Settlements claims consultants in management of their claimsReview of 180 day no contact claims to ensure operational rhythms are maintainedSending Proof of Loss packets to support the efficient recovery of claim costsOther ad hoc administrative tasks that support the effective operation of the departmentWhat are we looking for?
