Working closely with the management team, you will help drive performance, lead staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the coordination of day-to-day retail food operations to ensure smooth and efficient serviceLead, motivate, and develop a team of retail food service staffMonitor inventory levels and recommend purchasing to maintain stock availabilityHandle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficientlyEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene,
