We're looking for a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our teams across Alstonville Family Dental and Maven Dental Lismore.
This is a shared role, giving you the opportunity to work across two welcoming dental practices while enjoying stable, consistent hours of 2–3 days per week.
Job Description
As our Dental Receptionist, you'll be an important part of the patient experience, helping create a warm and welcoming environment from the moment patients walk through the door.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients and providing friendly customer serviceManaging patient bookings and appointmentsAnswering phone calls and responding to patient enquiriesProcessing payments and health fund claimsSupporting the dental team with general administrative tasksHelping ensure the reception area runs smoothly and efficiently
Qualifications
We'd love to hear from someone who:
Has previous reception or customer service experienceIs friendly,



approachable and confident communicating with patientsIs organised and comfortable managing multiple tasksHas a professional and positive attitudeEnjoys working as part of a teamHas an interest in the dental industry
Additional Information
If you enjoy working in the dental environment and would like to develop your skills further, there may also be an opportunity to move into Dental Assisting in the future.
