RESPONSIBILITES:Support timely completion of wharf movement.Undertake other duties as reasonably directed by management.Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to task.Assist with general administrative duties associated with vehicle processing, including maintaining records, updating systems and completing required paperworkBasic knowledge of Excel and general computer systems.Ability to replace or adjust loads.Provide support to the transport planners.Assist drivers with queries or operational support when required.Safe maneuvering of vehicles in and around the compound and workshopInspect incoming vehicles for damage and report as requiredSurvey Vehicles and complete company required documentation and complianceFollowing the daily despatchschedule to ensure on time customer order fulfilmentRetrieving designated vehicles from yard area and driving them to the required load baysWash vehicles and carry out entry level car detailingABOUT YOUStrong attention to detail & safety first mindsetAutomotive mechanical/ electrical aptitudePeople person with a 'can do' attitude who is passionate,
