Job DescriptionMarketing Manager ANZ – Portfolio & Clinical MarketingAn exciting prospect has become available for an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of portfolio and clinical marketing across Australia and New Zealand within a leading healthcare and assistive technology environment.This is a highly commercial marketing role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, product, sales enablement and clinical engagement.
You will be responsible for translating broader commercial objectives into impactful local marketing programmes that drive growth, strengthen customer engagement and support sales teams across ANZ.Working closely with senior commercial leaders, sales teams, product specialists, clinical networks and global marketing teams, you will play a key role in shaping how innovative mobility and assistive technology solutions are positioned, launched and adopted in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute ANZ portfolio and category marketing plans aligned to commercial growth objectivesOwn product positioning, value propositions, campaigns and sales enablement strategies across key product categoriesCreate clinically credible marketing programmes that engage healthcare professionals, dealers and end usersSupport sales growth through lead generation, demo opportunities, education programmes and customer engagement initiativesPartner with Product Specialists to align clinical education, workshops and field activity with measurable growth outcomesDevelop high-quality marketing assets including product brochures, presentations, competitive comparisons, case studies and sales toolsManage product launches and New Product Introduction (NPI) activity, ensuring successful market executionIdentify and manage tender opportunities across hospital,



aged care and community care sectorsWork closely with sales teams in-field to understand customer needs and market opportunitiesCoordinate events, conferences and exhibitions to maximise brand impact and commercial outcomesMonitor campaign performance, CRM activity, lead conversion and marketing ROIAbout YouYou will be a commercially minded marketer who understands that great healthcare marketing is about more than brand awareness; it is about creating meaningful engagement, enabling sales teams and driving measurable outcomes.You Will Ideally BringProven experience in healthcare, medical device, assistive technology or a related regulated industryStrong portfolio, product or clinical marketing experienceExperience developing sales enablement tools and customer-facing marketing materialsConfidence working with sales teams and translating market insights into commercial strategiesExperience managing product launches, campaigns and go-to-market activitiesStrong stakeholder management skills across local and global teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop) and CRM platforms desirableWhy This Opportunity?
