We have opportunities for a variety of roles:Permanent Part timeCasualWhat you'll doDeliver high-quality, person-centred support tailored to individual participant needs and goals.Assist participants with personal care, dressing and daily living tasks, fostering independence and confidence.Provide medication support, including prompting and administration where required.Utilise safe manual handling practices in line with best-practice standards.Complete accurate documentation, follow support and risk management plans, and liaise professionally with participants, families and key stakeholders.Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and organisational policies.Why join Pathway Talent?
