This is a hands‐on role suited to someone with solid paralegal experience who enjoys client contact, practical legal work and supporting matters from intake through to completion.Experience in commercial and business law is preferred.The RoleAs a Paralegal, you will play an important role in supporting lawyers and senior team members with the day‐to‐day conduct and progression of matters across a busy multi‐specialty law firm.The role requires professionalism, strong organisation, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.Your key responsibilities will include:Providing paralegal and administrative support to lawyers and senior team membersManaging correspondence and client communicationsAssisting with enquiries and client intakeDrafting legal documents, briefs and correspondenceFiling court and other legal documentsConducting legal researchMaintaining organised physical and electronic filesMonitoring deadlines, appointments and key datesAssisting with the progression of matters from commencement through to completionLiaising with clients, solicitors, barristers, courts, government departments and other third parties as requiredThe PersonThe ideal candidate will be an experienced,



reliable and proactive paralegal who takes pride in producing high‐quality work and enjoys working as part of a cooperative team.You will be organised, comfortable communicating with clients and other professionals, able to follow instructions carefully, and capable of managing multiple matters and competing deadlines.You will bring:3–5 years' experience working as a paralegalPrevious experience in commercial and/or business law preferredStrong legal drafting and written communication skillsExcellent communication and client service skillsStrong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detailThe ability to manage competing deadlines and work effectively in a busy legal environmentConfidence using technology, including AI proficiency, and the ability to learn and use legal software and systemsThe ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamA proactive approach and willingness to take initiativeThe ability to receive and implement feedbackA commitment to high‐quality work, career development and team successExperience across other areas of law, including litigation, conveyancing, family law or personal injury, will also be well regarded.Why Join Honest Grace Legal?
