Western Sydney Local Health District's Mt Druitt Centre for Addiction Medicine is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Drug Health Assertive Community Management Team.
You will deliver person-centred nursing care and provide evidence-informed case management in the community, working with a multidisciplinary team to support people with complex health and substance use challenges.Current RN registration with AHPRA is essential.
