This is an excellent opportunity for a safety-focused warehouse professional with experience in steel, aluminum, paper, cardboard, or similar industrial environments.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating 5T and 12T counterbalance forkliftsLoading and unloading trucks safely and efficientlyHandling and stripping steel coilsOperating a C-hook crane to load machinery (training provided)Booking incoming stock using warehouse systemsUsing RF scanners to locate and track inventoryWorking collaboratively within the coil bay team to meet operational targetsFollowing all workplace health and safety proceduresAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Experience operating counterbalance forklifts, ideally 5T-12TPrevious warehouse, stores, or steel industry experienceStrong commitment to workplace safetyAbility to perform manual handling and physical workBasic computer skills for stock receipting and inventory managementExcellent teamwork and communication skillsOverhead crane experience (advantageous but not essential)What's On Offer?
