You will be the first contact for clients and ensure smooth clinic operations, including bookings, records, invoicing, and Medicare/HICAPS processing.You may assist with hearing aid repairs and liaise with the clinical team.
The role requires customer service or admin experience, robust communication, and excellent organisation.
