Operations Supervisor – Brisbane | Full-TimeCleanworks Australia provides high-quality ongoing, one-off and specialist commercial cleaning solutions to businesses, schools and organisations across Australia.We're looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor to join our Brisbane operation and help keep our clients happy and the Cleanworks crew running smoothly.This is a full-time afternoon-based role, with working hours commencing from midday, ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the operation and supporting sites as our afternoon and evening cleaning services get underway.About the RoleAs Operations Supervisor, you will:Support the day-to-day operations across a portfolio of Brisbane sitesWork closely with our Operations Managers to support consistent service delivery across the Brisbane operationSupervise, support and motivate the Cleanworks crew, contractors and site supervisorsHelp grow the culture, engagement and performance of the Cleanworks crewSupport the training and development of crews through the Cleanworks All Star Training AcademyAssist with shift fulfilment and coverage, helping ensure sites are appropriately resourcedConduct regular site inspections, audits and quality control checksBuild strong client relationships and act as a key operational contactSupport afternoon and evening site operations,
