As a New Graduate or experienced Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist you will have a chance to further develop your clinical reasoning skills and play a key role in supporting effective return to work plans.You will be involved within a structured and hands-on induction, shadowing opportunities and classroom sessions in your first week,



followed by ongoing remote learning modules to provide clear understanding of the workers' compensation framework.Ongoing individual support and team meetings with Team Leader, peer mentor sessions to help you develop the skills to drive and achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients.Looking after a client portfolio, your day will includeManage a portfolio of clients with a physical injuryComplete initial assessments to better understand the injury, recovery timeframes and return to work goalsVisiting workplace to assess workplace and duties within the role, identify with employer of any suitable duties while recoveringProviding support through recommendations for community assistance or additional support through the insurerWorking within a multi-disciplinary team to provide complex stakeholder management to support the recovery of an injured workerDocument case notes as part of reporting and compliance requirements, applying your clinical judgement to support and guide your clients to a safe return to work goalWhat is on offerExcellent remuneration on offer plus achievable bonusAll travel reimbursed at $0.99 per km, including tolls and parking expensesStructured induction and on-boarding with buddy system,
