As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Part-Time Accountant or Casual Accountant who is passionate about joining a firm with a great culture and who cares about supporting clients.This role is ideal for a technically strong accountant who enjoys working closely with clients, thinking strategically about their businesses, and delivering real value through advisory and CFO-style services, without the burnout of full-time public practice.What you'll be doingPreparing financial statements and tax returns for a portfolio of privately owned, predominately female-led businessesBuilding genuine relationships with clients, understanding their business and goalsReviewing and improving bookkeeping and finance systems and processesWorking with clients to deliver value-driven advisory and CFO servicesTranslating financial information into clear, practical guidance clients can actually useManaging client relationships, workflows and deadlines with professionalism and careWorking collaboratively with the Ex Animo team to ensure the smooth flow of client work.
