What You'll Do
Support the Licensing team by managing customer queries and administrative sales functionsRespond to inbound communications and assist with quoting, order management and issue resolutionLiaise with internal Account Managers and external partners to ensure smooth service deliveryContribute to sales productivity by identifying upsell opportunities and leveraging vendor promotionsMaintain accurate data and prepare customer transaction reportsBuild trust-based relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
