We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-focused Catering Assistant to support our onsite team at a flagship corporate location in Sydney CBD (close to public transport).
Shifts: Monday to Friday10:30am - 5:00pm (Part-time)This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking secure weekday hours in a structured and well-maintained hospitality environment.The RoleYou will play a vital behind-the-scenes role in keeping the kitchen operating efficiently and safely.
Your focus will be maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation within a professional kitchen setting.
Key responsibilities are:Operate commercial dishwashing equipmentWash and sanitise crockery, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipmentSort, stack and store clean items correctlyMaintain adequate stock of clean dishes during service periodsClean kitchen appliances,
surfaces and floorsMonitor and restock cleaning suppliesDispose of waste and maintain a safe, organised workspaceFollow food safety and Work Health & Safety proceduresAbout YouWe're looking for someone dependable, efficient and comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.To succeed in this role, you will have:Strong attention to detailAbility to follow procedures and safety guidelinesGood time management skillsPrevious hospitality or kitchen experience (highly regarded)Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (desirable)Full, unrestricted working rights in AustraliaWhy Join Us?
