analysing and documenting business requirementsDeveloping business, functional and non-functional requirementsCreating user stories, business rules and process mapsProducing BPMN models and business process documentationSupporting solution design and requirements traceabilityContributing to business case development and benefits realisation activitiesWorking collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersSupporting continuous improvement and transformation initiativesWhat We're Looking ForWe're interested in hearing from Business Analysts who bring a combination of consulting capability, stakeholder engagement expertise, and structured analysis skills.You'll ideally have experience in:Business analysis within Federal Government, Defence, National Security or complex enterprise environmentsBusiness process modelling and process improvement initiativesRequirements elicitation, analysis and managementStakeholder engagement and facilitationAgile,



Waterfall or hybrid delivery environmentsBusiness modelling and business situation analysisBenefits identification and measurementUser experience analysis and service improvement initiativesData modelling or information analysis activitiesAzure DevOps or similar requirements management toolsDesirable CertificationsWe welcome candidates with recognised Business Analysis qualifications, including:BABOK aligned certificationsBA-Cube certificationsBPMN training and certificationOther equivalent Business Analysis certifications and trainingSecurity RequirementsTo be considered, candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) Security Clearance.Why Projects Assured?
