You new role:

- Monitor incoming shipments and coordinate them against existing customer orders.
- Monitor incoming shipments and coordinate them against existing customer orders.
- Create and manage Outbound Deliveries for customer orders with available stock.
- Provide support to the Commercial and Supply Chain teams on supply chain, order, shipment, and inventory-related queries.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) for tolling production, including local dilution activities.




- Coordinate Raw Material management for tolling production and ensure materials are available as required.
- Send and follow up on POs with tolling partners to ensure production requirements are communicated clearly and completed on time.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to support smooth day-to-day supply chain operations.

Experience needed:

- Good computer literacy and ability to master systems & tools: SAP, Atlas, Cristal
- In-depth knowledge and usage of sales working processes
- Proven ability to develop and maintain valuable working relationship with clients
- Team player, able to work with many different functions and people
- Being organised
- A proactive growth mindset and a can-do attitude
- Degree/diploma highly advantageous

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years working experience as commercial assistant, customer service and supply chain with SAP experience essential.
