Mint Labour is recruiting for a growing national company specialising in refrigerated trucks, vans and utes. We're looking for someone practical and mechanically minded to join their Repairs Team in Greystanes.

You don't necessarily need to come from refrigerated vehicles, if your background is in vehicle body repairs, panel beating, spray painting, fibreglass, fabrication, welding, truck repairs, automotive repairs or similar hands-on work, we want to hear from you. If you've got a combination of these skills and are willing to learn the rest, we'd still encourage you to apply.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work on refrigerated truck bodies completing a variety of repair and maintenance work, including:

- Fibreglass repairs and modifications
- Vehicle and truck body repairs
- Panel repairs
- Preparation and spray painting
- Minor welding and fabrication
- Repairing damaged components
- General workshop and repair duties
- Working alongside an experienced, down-to-earth team

There's plenty of variety, so you won't be doing the same thing every day.

Who We're Looking For

We're open to different backgrounds.

You may currently be working as a:

- Panel Beater
- Spray Painter
- Vehicle Body Repairer
- Trade Assistant
- Fabricator / Welder
- Truck or Trailer Repairer
- Automotive Repairer
- Fibreglass Repairer
- Coach / Caravan Repairer
- Or in another similar hands-on trade

You don't need to tick every box.





What matters most is that you're hands-on, reliable, mechanically minded and take pride in doing a job properly.

Experience with fibreglass, welding, fabrication, panel repairs or spray painting will be highly regarded.

A current driver's licence is required.
