If you have relevant experience and the ability to lead and mentor teams to conduct ecological field surveys and assessments consistent with current legislation and best practice, you could be the person we are looking for.

About you

To be successful in the role you will need to have:





- A relevant tertiary qualification in ecology, environmental science or similar
- A thorough understanding of all relevant legislative and methodology requirements for environmental impact assessments
- Experience in complex flora, fauna and threatened species surveys
- People management, client liaison and project management experience
- Energy and enthusiasm to help develop the company
- High level problem-solving, innovation, organisation and analytical skills
- High level written communication for reports, scientific papers etc
- A manual drivers licence, preferably also with off-road experience
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
