An established and growing commercial glazing and aluminium business is looking to add reliable people to its factory team in the Campbelltown area.
With a robust pipeline of commercial work across Sydney, they are looking for both an experienced Aluminium/Glazing Fabricator and a Factory Hand who is keen to build their skills within the industry.

Aluminium / Glazing Fabricator | $35-$45/hr + Super
We are looking for an experienced fabricator with a background in aluminium, glazing, windows, doors, shopfronts or façade manufacturing.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Fabricating and assembling aluminium frames and glazing systems
- Cutting, measuring and preparing aluminium components
- Working from drawings and specifications
- Manufacturing windows, doors, shopfronts and façade components
- Glazing and general fabrication duties
- Using factory machinery, hand and power tools
- Ensuring finished products meet quality standards
- Working safely and efficiently as part of the production team

Factory Hand | $30-$36/hr + Super
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with factory, manufacturing, construction or glazing experience looking to develop their skills in aluminium and commercial glazing.
Your duties will include:

- Assisting fabricators with production and assembly
- Preparing materials and components
- Moving and handling aluminium and glass




- Using basic hand and power tools
- Packing and preparing completed products
- Keeping the factory clean, organised and safe
- General production and factory duties

What We're Looking For
For the Fabricator:

- Previous aluminium or glazing fabrication experience
- Experience with windows, doors, shopfronts or façades highly regarded
- Ability to read and work from drawings
- Good measuring and fabrication skills
- Strong attention to detail

For the Factory Hand:

- Previous factory, manufacturing or construction experience preferred
- Aluminium or glazing experience highly regarded
- Comfortable with manual handling
- Basic hand and power tool experience advantageous
- Reliable and willing to learn

What You'll Get
