CARE MANAGER | NORTH WEST NSW | NOT-FOR-PROFIT AGED CARE

A well-established not-for-profit aged care provider based in the North West region of NSW (around 6 hours from Sydney, roughly 3.5 hours from Brisbane) is seeking a Clinical Manager to join their close-knit residential care community.

The Opportunity / Main Duties

- Report to the Facility Manager, bringing strong clinical experience to manage and drive clinical services across a 60+ bed home, including a dedicated memory support unit.




- Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, infection control requirements, and AN-ACC funding processes.
- Provide crucial support to the Residential Manager through strong leadership, people management, and business acumen, helping to meet financial and budgetary goals.
- Foster a culture of service-based learning and development, safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork across the clinical team.

What We're Looking For

- A relevant nursing degree or tertiary qualification, with current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience as a Senior RN or Clinical Coordinator looking to step up, or prior experience in a deputy-level role seeking a new environment.
- Aged care industry experience is preferred, ideally in a senior clinical and supervisory/management capacity.
- Intermediate proficiency with care management software (such as AutumnCare or similar) and the Microsoft Office suite.
- A current First Aid Certificate and NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain one).
