Dream Nannies is seeking an experienced, autonomous, and detail-oriented Housekeeper / House Manager for a busy family residing in a spacious 5-bedroom home in Vaucluse. The family is looking for a trustworthy, self-motivated professional with extensive experience to take full ownership of running and organising their home.

This long-term position is ideal for a proactive candidate who takes pride in maintaining high standards of household presentation, managing the home and ensuring the household runs smoothly without needing constant direction. A weekly cleaner handles heavy cleaning duties, allowing you to focus on daily upkeep, organisation, and household management.

Days & Hours

- 25 hours per week across Monday to Friday.
- Daily schedule from 9:00am to 2:00pm (times can be flexible for the right candidate).

Duties & Requirements

- General daily upkeep: surface dusting, vacuuming/mopping, wiping countertops, bathroom tidying, and rubbish/recycling management.
- Laundry management: washing, drying, folding, ironing, changing bed linens, and putting clothes away.
- Home organization: closet and pantry organization,



interior fridge/oven cleaning, and maintaining overall house presentation.
- Household administration: monitoring inventory, stock management, grocery shopping, meal preparation, and liaising with tradespeople or weekly cleaners.
- Occasional light supervision for three school-aged children (12, 9, and 5) after school.
- Pet care support (family has small pets and is expecting a puppy in early 2027).
- Ideally 5 years of proven experience in high-end housekeeping / home management
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, highly autonomous, and proactive personality.

The Location & Property

- A large 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom family home located in Vaucluse.
- All cleaning supplies and equipment provided by the family.
