CELOTTI Workforce is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead and coordinate electrical maintenance activities across a large-scale processing and infrastructure operation.

This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the protected, reliable and efficient execution of electrical maintenance, while leading a skilled workforce and driving asset performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise electrical maintenance teams, ensuring safe and efficient work execution.
- Coordinate daily electrical maintenance activities, work allocation and workforce requirements.
- Ensure maintenance plans and schedules are delivered safely, efficiently and on time.
- Monitor electrical asset reliability, availability and maintenance performance.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, procedures and standards.
- Manage team performance, attendance, training, competency and development.
- Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, coaching sessions and regular team communication.
- Support incident investigations, risk management and corrective actions.
- Work closely with maintenance, operations, engineering and planning teams to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement, cost reduction and improved asset performance.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reporting and handovers.
- Support maintenance planning, budgeting and resource optimisation.

Our Ideal Candidate:

- Electrical trade qualification, preferably Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or equivalent.
- Current and appropriate Northern Territory electrical worker licence.
- High Voltage Switching qualification and relevant site authorisation.
- Current LVR/CPR competency.
- Minimum 5 years' supervisory experience, ideally within fixed infrastructure, processing or heavy industrial environments.




- Experience leading and developing large work teams.
- Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, asset reliability and maintenance planning.
- Experience within mineral processing or a similar heavy industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of safety, risk management and legislative requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with budgeting and resource management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement.
- Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
- MUST be able to pass pre employment medical and drug & alcohol

- $180,000 – $200,000 per annum + roster allowance + super
