We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a well-established commercial builder for a short-term project in Brisbane CBD.

The project is based on Albert Street and involves the removal of existing stairs across two floors, followed by the installation of new stair structures within an existing commercial building.

This is a hands-on site-based role where you will oversee the works, coordinate trades and ensure the project is delivered safely and in line with programme. The night shift will have a small team on site, with approximately 1–3 trades working under your supervision.

The Role

- Brisbane CBD location – Albert Street
- Project commencing 28 October and running through to 7 February
- Christmas shutdown from 18 December, returning 4 January
- Night shift, approximately 6pm – 4am maximum
- 1–3 trades on site overnight
- Contractor or permanent applicants considered - if permanent, open to day shifts after




- Opportunity to transition back to day shift following completion of the project

About You

- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within commercial construction - especially fit out space
- Strong understanding of site safety, coordination and quality control
- Confident managing trades and subcontractors independently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- QBCC Site Supervisor or relevant license
- Comfortable working night shift for the duration of the project
- Available to start from 28 October
