My client is needing an experienced MicrOpay Payroll Officer to join a small, payroll team in Gladesville.
You will be assisting the team, during a busy time, while they implement a current system.

On a daily basis your role will involve:

- Update and input master data payroll changes into MicrOpay
- Action any queries or adjustments
- Adjust insufficient leave balances/entries and reconcile




- Finalise pays Weekly and payroll reporting
- Kronos leave upload
- Complete manual pays on Friday for any adjustments required.
- Check audit reports
- Check, update and reconcile workers compensation payments.
- Calculate, reconcile and upload Pays, Super, Deductions and Payroll and Group Tax to ANZ Bank and notify Accounts
- Upload Payroll Tax data into portals for VIC, WA, NSW and send details to Accounts
- Upload Superannuation data into Super Portal
- Liaise with third party’s such as Centrelink, ATO etc.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

- Excellent knowledge of MicrOpay
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- A good team player
- Ability to manage competing deadlines

Salary: Up to $65 per hour, depending on experience
