About the Role:
We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join a dynamic aged care allied health provider in Swan Hill, VIC. You will work across two residential aged care sites, delivering timely, evidence-based physiotherapy to residents and working closely with a supportive Team Leader.
- Deliver high quality, timely, evidence-based physiotherapy to aged care residents
- Work within legislative, regulatory and scope of practice requirements
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop and maintain care plans and clinical goals
- Communicate professionally with all stakeholders and apply a person-centred approach
- Keep documentation to a high standard, in line with company, site and medico-legal requirements
- Seek advice and clinical support from your Team Leader when needed
- Prepare reports as required
- Liaise with partner organisations in line with contractual expectations
- Follow company policies and practices
- Attend team meetings as required
Benefits:
- $85,000 - $88,000 + super

About You:
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Valid driver's licence and own car (essential, for travel between sites)
- Demonstrated competence delivering therapy across a wide range of clinical conditions and service settings
- Experience meeting key performance measures
- Experience managing others to achieve key performance measures (desirable)
- Eligible to work in Australia
