Our client is looking for their next Property Management to join a team their team. You will have dedicated support, work only Monday to Friday & manage a local western suburbs portfolio.
About The Role;
- Managing a portfolio locally in the Western Suburbs
- No Weekends - Monday to Friday ONLY
- Leasing Support & VA Support
- Open to flexibility
- Supportive & Experienced Leadership team
- Great systems & processes in place
- Fantastic cooperative team culture
Salary up to $85k+Super (depending on experience)
About You;
- Proven experience managing your own residential portfolio
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Team oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
- Cert IV in Real Estate
- Reliable car & drivers licence
