The Role:

- Manage a portfolio of up to 200 residential properties with support
- Oversee landlord and tenant communication and resolve maintenance issues
- Manage rent reviews and increases
- Prepare for and attend tribunal hearings when required (rare)
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff where applicable





The Person:

- Previous property management experience is essential
- COR or Real Estate Licence required
- Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional presentation with a proactive, team-focused attitude
- Current driver’s licence and reliable car
