Ongoing Civil Infrastructure Projects
ROBAR Civil Group is seeking experienced Formwork Carpenters to join our team on major civil infrastructure projects across Brisbane's southside. Immediate starts are available, with the potential for ongoing work well beyond the initial project scope for the right people.
We are currently supporting works involving the construction of bridge abutments, bladewalls, headstocks, formwork tables, concrete pours and associated structural concrete works on a major rail and transport infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities
- Construct and install formwork for bridge and structural concrete elements
- Build abutment headstock forms and formwork tables
- Read and interpret construction drawings
- Set out, measure and fabricate formwork systems
- Assist with concrete pours and stripping operations
- Maintain high safety and quality standards on site
About You To be successful, you will have:
- Trade qualification in Carpentry (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in civil or bridge construction formwork
- Experience with structural concrete and large-scale pours
- White Card
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
Highly Regarded
- Bridge construction experience
- Rail project experience
- RIW Card
- EWP, Working at Heights or other construction tickets
- Experience as a Leading Hand or Supervisor
