If you’re an Maintenance Plumber who knows your way around a blocked drain, can fault-find without someone looking over your shoulder and takes pride in doing a great job, we’d love to hear from you.
We are an established plumbing business servicing Melbourne’s eastern and south-eastern suburbs. We have built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, honest communication and looking after our customers.
We are now looking for a Maintenance Plumber / Gas Fitter to join our small, friendly team on a full-time basis.
This is a role where you will be trusted to do your job, supported by a great office team and given the opportunity to build a long-term career.

Hours Generally Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, with RDOs incorporated into the roster.
There is also a shared weekend on-call roster, approximately one weekend in four. Any additional after-hours work is discussed and agreed upon.
What will you be doing?
Every day is different. You'll be trusted to manage your jobs from diagnosis through to completion, including:
- Domestic and rental property maintenance
- Diagnosing and repairing leaks and plumbing faults
- Water pressure issues
- Hot water servicing, repairs and replacement
- Gas appliance servicing and gas fitting
- Clearing blocked drains
- CCTV drain inspections
- Operating drain machines, high-pressure jetters and locating equipment
- Preparing quotes and providing practical recommendations to customers
- Recording job notes, photos and invoices on your iPad
- Ordering and managing your own materials
- Communicating with homeowners, tenants and property managers
- Supporting and supervising apprentices where appropriately qualified
You'll be the face of the business out in the field, so great customer service and professional presentation are important.
Are you the person we're looking for? You'll ideally have:
- Current BPC plumbing registration or licence in the relevant categories
- Relevant gasfitting registration/licence if applying as a Gas Fitter
- Strong domestic maintenance and fault-finding experience
- A current Australian manual driver's licence
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of your jobs
- Good organisation and time-management skills
- A reliable, honest and practical approach
- Pride in your workmanship
You don't need to be a guru at everything. If you're a outstanding maintenance plumber with a solid skill set and a willingness to learn, we'd still love to hear from you.
