Cornerstone Partners is currently working with two highly regarded, award-winning high-end residential builders who are looking to appoint experienced Project Managers as they continue to grow their teams.

The Role:
Working closely with senior management and site teams, you'll take responsibility for the successful delivery of complex high-end residential projects from a commercial, programme and construction perspective.
Typical responsibilities will include:

- Overall project planning, programming and delivery
- Managing and coordinating Site Managers, Foremen and project teams
- Procurement and management of subcontractors and suppliers
- Managing project budgets, cost reporting and commercial performance
- Liaising with clients, architects, consultants and subcontractors
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and construction documentation
- Managing variations and contractual requirements
- Identifying and resolving construction and programme issues
- Maintaining quality, programme and WHS standards
- Providing leadership and support to the wider project team

About You:
We're interested in speaking with experienced Project Managers who have a strong background delivering high-end Class 1 residential construction projects in Sydney.
Ideally,



you'll have:

- At least 5+ years proven Project Management experience within class 1 high-end residential construction
- Experience delivering complex architecturally designed homes
- Strong construction and technical knowledge
- Experience managing projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Strong programming, procurement and commercial capabilities
- Excellent communication with clients, architects, consultants and site teams
- A team-oriented, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to take ownership and drive projects forward
