An established and growing accounting firm in Melbourne CBD is looking for an experienced Business Services Manager to join its team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a senior position within a firm that offers a great culture, strong leadership and genuine long-term career progression. You’ll manage a quality portfolio of clients while leading and developing a team.

The Role

- Manage a diverse portfolio of business and private clients.
- Review financial statements, tax returns and compliance work.
- Provide tax planning, structuring and business advisory services.
- Build strong relationships and act as a key point of contact for clients.
- Review and support the work of Accountants and Senior Accountants.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
- Work closely with Partners on complex client matters and advisory projects.

About You





You will ideally be CA or CPA qualified with strong Australian Public Practice experience at Manager, Senior Manager or experienced Assistant Manager level. You will have strong technical tax and business services knowledge, along with proven experience managing clients and reviewing staff work.
