We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a supportive, high-performing team managing a growing residential portfolio.

The Role

- Manage a residential property portfolio while building robust landlord and tenant relationships
- Oversee day-to-day portfolio management, including arrears, maintenance and inspections
- Manage repairs, maintenance and tribunal matters as required




- Provide rental market advice and collaborate with the wider team to deliver exceptional client service

Criteria

- Current Property Management licence - essential
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle - essential
- 2+ years’ property management experience is ideal
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organised, proactive and confident managing a portfolio independently
