About the role

We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Reach Forklift Operators and Factory Hands to join our energetic team in Campbellfield, VIC. This is a casual - full time hours position until December 2026 however could be extended for the right candidate. You will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring efficient movement and storage of goods within our warehouse environment. This hours will be Mon to Thu 8 - 430 and Fri 8 - 320 - 40min unpaid break and a 15min paid break.

Key responsibilities

As a Reach Forklift Operator, your key responsibilities will include:

- Operating reach forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stack and store goods in the warehouse
- Performing general warehouse duties including picking, packing and organising inventory
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory movements and warehouse transactions
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Conducting pre-operation checks on forklift equipment and reporting any maintenance issues promptly

What we're looking for

To succeed in this role, we're looking for candidates with the following skills, qualifications and experience:

- Valid Forklift License




- Proven experience operating reach forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Sound understanding of warehouse safety protocols and best practices
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks regularly
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

*As a Factory Hand, You’ll be assisting with general factory and warehouse duties including foam fabrication, die cutting, quality checks, container unloading and moving boxes/pallets.

We’re looking for someone who is physically fit, comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods, and willing to learn new processes and machinery. A good team attitude and commitment to workplace safety are essential.
