Enoteca Lounge & Cucina is an Italian restaurant offering a range of food and beverage services in a professional hospitality setting. The business is currently seeking an experienced Cook to support the preparation and consistent delivery of menu items.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing and cooking a range of dishes in accordance with established recipes and menu requirements.
- Preparing ingredients and completing daily food preparation activities.
- Monitoring food quality, portioning and presentation standards.
- Checking the quality and freshness of ingredients used in food preparation.
- Operating kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
- Assisting with stock rotation, food storage and maintaining appropriate ingredient levels.
- Maintaining clean and organised food preparation areas, equipment and utensils.
- Working collaboratively with other kitchen staff to support efficient service.
- Following food safety,



hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.

About You
- At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Cook or in a similar commercial kitchen role.
- Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Experience working in a professional kitchen environment.
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.

Salary: AUD $78,000 – $88,000 per annum
