About Our Client
Our client is an established residential builder operating across Townsville.

They have a structured approach to site supervision, with projects divided into construction stages depending on workload. This allows Supervisors to remain focused and ensures projects continue to move efficiently.

They are now seeking an experienced Residential Site Supervisor who is confident supervising all stages of a residential build.

About the Role
You will be responsible for supervising residential construction projects in the following stages:

- Commencement through to enclosed
- Enclosed through to fixing
- Fixing through to practical completion and handover

While Supervisors may be allocated specific stages depending on workload, you must have the experience and capability to manage a residential build from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and material deliveries
- Maintaining construction schedules and project timelines
- Conducting site inspections and monitoring workmanship
- Ensuring homes are built to approved plans, specifications and quality standards
- Document the process with photographic records
- Monitoring budgets, materials and progress claims
- Maintaining accurate job updates within the scheduling system




- Managing defects and rectification works
- Ensuring compliance with WHS, QBCC, NCC and relevant construction standards
- Communicating with clients and internal departments
- Attending construction meetings and providing accurate project updates

About You
You will ideally have:

- Strong experience supervising new residential home construction
- Experience across the full residential building cycle
- A solid understanding of construction scheduling and programming
- Strong subcontractor and supplier management skills
- Good communication and client management skills
- Strong attention to quality, deadlines and budgets
- A practical, solutions-focused approach

Essential Requirements
✔ Current QBCC Supervisor Licence
✔ Residential construction supervision experience
✔ Strong understanding of the NCC and Australian Standards
✔ Current driver's licence
✔ Full and unrestricted working rights in Australia
