Your Job
This is a 2IC Foreman position working alongside a respected Site Manager who has been with the business for more than 10 years. Known for developing some of South East Queensland's best site managers, offering practical mentoring and the opportunity to build your confidence in site supervision.

The role would suit an experienced Leading Hand ready to step into supervision, or an existing Foreman or Supervisor looking to broaden their experience and work towards managing smaller projects of their own.
You will help keep the site moving by planning ahead, coordinating trades and removing obstacles before they affect progress. There will be hands-on work at times, so you will need to be comfortable getting involved when required.

Your Responsibilities

- Support the Site Manager with daily site coordination and short-term planning.
- Coordinate subcontractors so work areas, materials and information are ready when needed.
- Identify and resolve practical issues that could delay trades or disrupt the programme.
- Monitor workmanship and help maintain quality throughout construction.




- Uphold site safety requirements and maintain a tidy, organised workplace.
- Read drawings, communicate priorities and follow through on site instructions.
- Take on greater responsibility as your capability develops, including supervising smaller works and projects.

Your Experience
You may be an experienced Leading Hand, Foreman or Site Supervisor with a trade background and a desire to progress in commercial construction.
You will bring:

- Experience coordinating trades and understanding construction sequencing.
- The ability to read drawings and identify issues before they become problems.
- A practical approach to problem-solving and a willingness to be hands-on.
- Clear communication and the ability to build productive relationships with trades.
- Pride in quality workmanship and a consistent approach to safety.
- A willingness to ask questions, learn and follow through on commitments.

Experience across hospitality, education, industrial or commercial projects would be well regarded.
