Opportunity
A small, friendly practice in Adelaide's inner west is looking for an experienced Dentist, starting with one day a week and with scope to grow into more.
The culture is patient-first. Time is taken to explain findings and options before treatment starts, and the practice places real emphasis on looking after nervous patients. You will have genuine clinical autonomy, backed by an oral health therapist who handles much of the routine and preventive work, and a patient care coordinator who keeps the front of house running smoothly.
Beyond general dentistry, the practice offers cosmetic work and clear aligner treatment, and more complex cases come through from time to time. For a dentist who wants variety and the chance to develop their interests, there is room to shape the role over time.
About You
You are an experienced Dentist with Australian post-graduate experience and current AHPRA registration. You are calm and communicative, and comfortable working independently in a small team. You take the time to explain options to patients and put anxious patients at ease.
General and restorative experience is required. Experience with clear aligners or more complex treatment would be viewed favourably, and there is room to build that scope here. This role is not suited to new graduates.

- Deliver general and restorative dentistry in an unhurried, patient-first setting
- Explain findings and treatment options clearly and gain informed consent
