The Role
ImpactEight is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Merchandise and Events Supervisor to lead the day-to-day coordination of donation processing, warehouse operations, volunteer programs, warehouse sale events, and corporate donation initiatives. This role plays an important part in supporting ImpactEight’s community outcomes by ensuring donated goods are efficiently managed while creating positive experiences for volunteers, donors, corporate partners, and stakeholders.
To be successful in the role you will:
- Coordinate end-to-end donation processing, inventory management, stock distribution, and warehouse operations
- Coordinate and engage a team of volunteers to undertake warehouse and sale activities
- Build volunteer opportunities in the community and with corporate partners/organisations
- Plan, lead and deliver warehouse sale events
- Coordinate corporate donation drives and workplace giving initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including corporate partners and community organisations
- Oversee and maintain Warehouse operations including monitoring and recording accurate inventory levels to meet capacity
- Coordinate event communications, marketing activities, and promotional campaigns
- Maintaining compliance with organisational policies, relevant legislation and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Work collaboratively with all key stakeholders to maximise community engagement, volunteer participation, donations and event success.
