We're looking for a Senior Support Technician to become the trusted technical partner for one of our major mining customers in Perth. This is a unique role that combines technical expertise, customer engagement, product sourcing, quoting, project coordination, and hands-on workshop support.

You'll work closely with key stakeholders, helping identify solutions, develop hydraulic kits, source components, improve efficiencies, and keep critical mining equipment operating at its best. You'll spend time both in branch and in office, building strong customer relationships and becoming the go-to person for technical support and solutions.

About the person

We're looking for someone who combines both technical capability and a customer-first attitude.

You will ideally have:

- 5+ years' hands-on experience in the hydraulic hose and fittings industry
- Experience manufacturing hoses and working with hydraulic systems
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
- Mining industry experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for getting things right
- An current Australian Driver's Licence
