We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Centre Director to join our team at Mini Masterminds Elizabeth Park (84-place centre).

About the Role
As Centre Director, you will lead the overall operations of the centre, ensuring the delivery of exceptional education and care while creating a positive and collaborative team culture.
Working closely with the Operations and Head Office Leadership teams, you will mentor and develop educators, build strong partnerships with families, and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the service. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about making a meaningful impact on children, families, and their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring high-quality education and care
- Inspire, mentor, and support educators to achieve their professional goals
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS),
and all relevant legislation
- Drive occupancy, quality improvement initiatives, and overall centre performance
- Manage staffing, rostering, and centre resources effectively
- Work collaboratively with the Head Office Leadership Team to achieve organisational goals

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
- Previous experience as a Centre Director or in a senior leadership position within Early Childhood Education
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
- Current Child Protection training/certificate
- Solid knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF), and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for leading teams and delivering high-quality education and care
