This casual opportunity includes options to work across our community health studios, in-home services, and residential care homes throughout Adelaide's southwestern suburbs. Shifts are offered based on your availability and service needs, with additional hours expected during the November 2026 to February 2027 holiday period.What You’ll Do:Support customers to work towards their health, mobility and fitness goals through tailored activitiesDeliver individual and group exercise sessions under the guidance of an Exercise Physiologist or PhysiotherapistAssist with engaging programs that help older people remain active, confident and independentObserve customer responses, follow agreed programs and communicate relevant information to the supervising clinicianWork collaboratively within a multidisciplinary allied health teamBuild positive relationships with customers, families,



carers and health professionalsChampion healthy and active ageing across ACH GroupAbout You:You’re an established Personal Trainer OR an enthusiastic emerging Health Qualified who wants meaningful, hands-on experience supporting older people. You bring empathy, initiative and a commitment to delivering safe, person-centred support.This opportunity is suited to candidates who:Hold a Certificate 4 in Personal Training or an Exercise Science qualificationHave a current driver’s licence and reliable access to their own carCan travel to customer homes and ACH Group locations across the southwestern suburbs of AdelaideHave robust communication, engagement and motivational skillsCan follow clinical direction and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamHave a genuine passion for supporting older people to live a Good LifeHave a satisfactory National Criminal History Record Check, no older than 12 months at commencement of employmentRelevant experience with older adults, community-based exercise or group programs will be highly regarded.
