About us
Moreton ATSICHS operates a growing network of healthcare clinics for local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Our model of care provides holistic health and wellbeing services to support our Community across their lifespan. We bring together primary care, allied health, dental, mental health and wellbeing, maternity and early childhood, disability services, specialist services, and aged care as one team focussed on clients’ individual needs and goals.

About the role
As Administration Officer – MATSICHS, your role is to provide customer service and administrative support to ensure the effective daily operation including customer service via all channels, receiving and managing referrals, supporting data systems, assistance with management of data and production of management reports when required.
Your day to day duties may include:
- Perform with limited supervision a broad range of administrative support functions including organising forms, photocopies, files, orders, program materials and educational handouts.
- Contribute to and lead continuous quality improvement and compliance, including managing complaints and compliments.
- Co-ordinate weekly Client drop-in days including ordering of resources and consumables, client transport management, liaison with guest speakers and team members.
- Monitor and manage administration systems to ensure effective storage, maintenance and operation of resources for use by staff as needed.

- Current Criminal History Check.
- Current C Class Drivers Licence (QLD).
- Current Working with Children’s Check (Qld Blue Card).
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.
