CrewSELECT is sourcing an Assembly Operator / Factory Hand on behalf of our client, a conveyor roller and pulley manufacturer. This role suits someone with assembly experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
What’s on offer?
- Dayshift: $36 per hour + penalties.
- Afternoon shift: $41.40 per hour + penalties.
- Monday to Friday work in a Welshpool workshop.
- Start on dayshift while completing training.
- Potential to move to a rotating roster or afternoon shift after training, if desired.
Hours of work
- Dayshift: 5:30am–2:00pm, Monday to Friday.
- Afternoon shift: 1:45pm–10:15pm, Monday to Friday.
- Occasional six-hour Saturday shifts available when workload permits.
The role
- Tube assembly for conveyor roller manufacturing.
- General workshop assembly supporting roller and pulley production.
- Painting and cleaning components.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
- Following production instructions and maintaining quality and safety standards.
What you’ll need
- At least one year of assembly experience.
- Confidence working in a rapid-paced, high-volume workshop.
- A practical approach and strong attention to detail.
- Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work well within a team.
